Rob Bell

Rob Bell is a leading voice of those who term themselves Emergent Evangelicals. He was founding pastor of Mars Hill Bible Church in Michigan and under his leadership it became one of the fastest growing congregations in the U. S. He became both well-known -and vilified by former colleagues- by the writing of “Love Wins” in which he denied that a loving God would assign people to hell. He left pastoring and has become a popular author and lecturer.
